Job Summary
Dobler Management Company is looking for an experienced PortfolioManager to join our team! We are a large property management company with 70 communities in Pierce County. We need a dedicated professional to help with our growing portfolio.

Duties:
- Oversees all activity at the properties in their assigned portfolio.
- Manage the financial performance by overseeing market rents collection delinquency occupancies maintenance and capital improvements.
- Performs regular inspections of properties and grounds.
- Maintains the financial integrity of the property.
- Addresses employee performance issues.
- Addresses resident special accommodations and escalating issues.
- Communicates with the maintenance team regarding property concerns.
Experience:
- Extensive work with multifamily housing
- Regional or Asset Manager experience
- Broad knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing
- Real Estate License
- The ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication a must!
We offer:
- Annual Salary $80000to $110000 DOE
- Paid PTO/Holiday
- Medical after 60 days of employment
- 3% 401k employer contribution after 1 year.
