What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

• Conduct patrols inside / outside the clients premises potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed report writing.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma GED OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Must have average to above average computer skills.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Will require open/flexible availability (nights weekends & holidays included).
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record needed (this position does require driver certification).
• Reliable transportation required (public transportation is not recommended for this position).
• Reliable form of communication needed.
• Must be comfortable with frequent standing / walking which may be for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs / walking up inclines and/or being in various weather elements.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak read and write English.
