Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Electrical Focus)

Location: Greater Rochester NY (onsite)

Pay Rate: $28$39/hour (based on experience) overtime profit sharing

Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

Overview:

What Youll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance and advanced troubleshooting with a strong focus on electrical diagnostics
• Support the relocation and setup of 12 robotic cells including running conduit wiring and system integration
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment: CNC machines robotic welders press brakes lasers automated systems and more
• Partner with machine operators to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions
• Work across multiple manufacturing environments gaining exposure to a highly diverse equipment portfolio
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in uptime efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with a tight-knit maintenance team during a critical company growth phase

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $28$39/hour depending on experience and level
• Overtime: Significant OT available especially during facility transition (60 hours/week initially tapering as operations stabilize)
• Bonus: Profit sharing (5% of annual salary performance and company goals dependent)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting skills (480v experience)
• Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience
• Experience working with industrial equipment such as CNC machines robotics or automated systems
• Ability to read schematics troubleshoot systems and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment (especially during facility transition)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with operators and team members

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with PLCs (e.g. Allen-Bradley) automation or robotics
• Technical degree or certifications

Additional Details:

• This is an onsite role in the Greater Rochester NY area
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available
• Background check physical and drug screening required
