Job Summary
Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Electrical Focus)
Location: Greater Rochester NY (onsite)
Pay Rate: $28$39/hour (based on experience) overtime profit sharing
Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

What Youll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and advanced troubleshooting with a strong focus on electrical diagnostics
- Support the relocation and setup of 12 robotic cells including running conduit wiring and system integration
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment: CNC machines robotic welders press brakes lasers automated systems and more
- Partner with machine operators to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Work across multiple manufacturing environments gaining exposure to a highly diverse equipment portfolio
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in uptime efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with a tight-knit maintenance team during a critical company growth phase
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $28$39/hour depending on experience and level
- Overtime: Significant OT available especially during facility transition (60 hours/week initially tapering as operations stabilize)
- Bonus: Profit sharing (5% of annual salary performance and company goals dependent)

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting skills (480v experience)
- Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience
- Experience working with industrial equipment such as CNC machines robotics or automated systems
- Ability to read schematics troubleshoot systems and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment (especially during facility transition)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with operators and team members
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with PLCs (e.g. Allen-Bradley) automation or robotics
- Technical degree or certifications
Additional Details:
- This is an onsite role in the Greater Rochester NY area
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available
