Job Description

They should be willing to participate in teaching using alternative delivery methods such as online and hybrid. Salary Range: $64963- $188620/annually

Minimum Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Two (2) years of post-MSW practice experience.

• Evidence of teaching experience in Higher Education.

• Evidence of teaching effectiveness with students of various learning styles.

• Evidence of demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds.

• Currently possess or ability to obtain Minnesota State social work licensure by date of appointment.

Preferred Qualification

• Doctor of Social Work (DSW) or PhD in Social Work or related field.

• Knowledge of and experience with social justice activities to enhance already established program focus.

• Demonstrated ability to model social work professional values and ethics and to work effectively with colleagues.

• Knowledge of and experience in direct practice specifically with individuals groups families organizations and communities.

• Demonstrated ability to develop research agenda.

• Evidence of effective provision of both clinical and non-clinical content in the areas of individuals families and groups.

• Evidence of effective community and organizational engagement.

Other Requirements

Must be able to teach online and in person.
