We are a retained search firm asked by our client a 240 bed hospital to fill the below role.
ROLE:
- As a Pharmacy Supervisor youll help shape a highperforming collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to delivering safe topquality medication management across every stage of care.
- Youll oversee daily operations guide and grow talented caregivers champion medication safety and ensure our practices meet the highest clinical and regulatory standards.
- If youre energized by mentoring others optimizing workflows elevating patient safety and supporting innovative pharmacy technologiesthis role offers the perfect blend of impact and advancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered
- 2 or more years ofapplicable pharmacy practice experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- PharmD
- Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 13 years in a supervisory manager or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting including responsibility for staff development workflow oversight and operational performance
- 2 or more years ofapplicable pharmacy practice experience
