Job Summary
Overview
The Market Clinical Manager (MCM) position exists to provide full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) patient care at the center level and across the market. Partner with the Director of Medical Operations to ensure consistency of clinical care delivery. Train and mentor new APCs throughout the market. The MCM will assist in identification of opportunities to improve clinical quality and patient experience across the assigned market. Build relationships with employers to support business growth.

Responsibilities
As a Market Clinical Manager you will:
Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care under the direction of the designated Staff Physicians leading by example and demonstrating an exceptional patient experience
Assumes the role and responsibilities of Clinical Manager whether functioning in the capacity of Clinical Manager at a specific location or in the capacity of the Market Float
Drives patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics
Responsible along with the Center Leadership Team for creating an environment of clear responsibility authority autonomy and accountability that energizes and encourages the staff to perform at their personal best
Practices excellent service delivery and leads by example for patient experience
Mentors and trains new APCs and future clinical leaders throughout the market while delivering patient care
Identifies and communicates to Director of Medical Operations (DMO) opportunities to improve clinical quality and workflows at the Center and Market levels
Works with DMO and Director Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities
Create consistency in adhering to Concentras procedures guidelines and quality across the assigned market
Fosters an environment of collaboration professionalism patient/colleague safety quality care continuous improvement and reward and recognition
May be required to observe drug/alcohol testing of patients
Develops and maintains relationships with employers to drive market growth. Understands market financial drivers and outcomes to achieve business needs
Qualifications
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program - OR -Graduate of an accredited PA program or an accredited university
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience in a primary care specialty urgent care and/or occupational medicine
- Executive presence effectively presenting clinical programs goals processes challenges and results to leadership
- Experience as clinical/nursing services and quality improvement programs
- Knowledge of medical/legal quality accreditation and patient safety standards in an occupational setting
- Extensive knowledge of clinical policies protocols standing orders and care management plans
- Strong understanding of clinical quality metrics with ability to interpret and process data in an analytical
manner

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $137000.00 to $199000.00 salary depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law such as level of experience geographic location where the work is performed and/or seniority.
