Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on equipment systems and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

SHIFT: Mon Thurs 6:30 am 4:30 pm. Sometimes ½ days on Friday. Lunch is at 11:15 11:45.

PAY: $15 to $18/HR

Key Responsibilities

Inspect maintain and repair machinery equipment and building systems (electrical mechanical plumbing HVAC).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.
Install replace or upgrade equipment and components.
Keep accurate maintenance records logs and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain tools spare parts and maintenance inventory.
Coordinate with contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are required.
Identify potential issues and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
