What You Will Do

• Work closely withF117 and F139Program Office leadershipand IPMTsto plan execute and communicate activities in support of contracted program support elements.

• Collaborate with internal functional organizations (Engineering Contracts Legal Finance Integrated Customer Solutions Global Trade Customer Support Engineering and Operations including the Module Center Manufacturing Global Supply Chain and Quality) as well as external customers to ensure sustainment support for related contractual requirements.

• Interface with customers todeterminefuture customer needs and focus internal support necessary to propose and win new contracts and achieve customer satisfaction.

• Support strategic efforts including proposal development for the next F117 Sustainment contract and increased sustainment support for F139.

• Ensure sustainment program critical issues areidentified communicated elevated and acted on ina timelyfashion through theappropriate IPMTprocesses and channels.

• Ensure proper resource allocation for allmobilitysustainment functions.

• Coordinate closelywith the Mature Commercial Engines (MCE) Program Office and Aftermarket Operationsto ensure mutual successas the programs share parts and supply chains

• Provideinspiring and compassionate people leadership to drive results in the face of adversity.

• Utilize CORE principles and a continuous improvement mindset to improve the efficiency of internal and external processes.

• BS/BA in Business Engineering or Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)

• 14 years of experience in the aerospace industry program management aftermarket operations business development proposal management and/or engine design/development; or an advanced degree with 12 years of experience in these areas

• Strong track record demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. governmentissued security clearance

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Relocation assistance is not provided.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 186200 USD - 353800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
