GreatWater 360 Auto Care is looking for a Bench Automotive Service Manager with a strong work ethic a great attitude and a passion for leadership.

This is a bench role designed to support multiple shops in the district while preparing you to step into your own Service Manager role within a few months.

What Youll Do

• Support and lead operations across multiple shops within the district
• Step in where needed to uphold service safety and performance standards
• Build trust-driven customer relationships
• Coach train and develop service advisors and shop teams
• Manage shop performance with a strong understanding of P&L and KPIs
• Lead by exampleprofessionalism accountability and culture matter here
• Prepare to transition into your own shop as a Service Manager

Who Were Looking For

• Ability to travel and support multi shops within the district.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid drivers license with satisfactory MVR
• 2 years of automotive shop management experience
• 1 year of service advisor experience or strong demonstrated sales ability
• Self-aware servant leader with experience managing people including:
• Interviewing hiring training coaching and performance management
• Conducting reviews corrective actions investigations and terminations when needed
• Proven ability to motivate teams problem-solve and take initiative
• Comfortable interpreting financials discounts percentages and performance metrics
• Experience managing a P&L and understanding how line-item decisions impact results
