Veterinary Practice Manager

Loving Care Animal Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Practice Manager. We are looking for a people-first leader who is energized by developing teams building culture and helping our hospital continue to grow to reach its full potential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of leadership coaching and operational excellence and who takes pride in creating an environment where veterinarians and staff can do their best work to provide animals with the care they deserve.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary: $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr. determined by the candidates skills experience and qualifications
• Bonus: Eligible to earn up to 15% in a performance-based annual bonus
• Schedule: Full-Time 5 days per week

Leadership and Infrastructure Support:

• Dedicated Training: Through our partnership with Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP) youll have access to dedicated leadership development opportunities to further strengthen your leadership and decision-making skills.
• Collaborative Environment: Youll have access to VPPs network of other practice managers and VPP support team members to help support you through different challenges and opportunities.
• Back-Office Support: Centralized support functions (e.g. payroll IT Finance etc.) to help reduce the administrative burden

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain a collaborative accountable team environment focused on continuous improvement
• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations including workflows scheduling staffing and inventory
• Implement and maintain SOPs that support consistent high-quality care and operational efficiency
• Use practice management systems and key metrics to monitor performance and guide decisions
• Champion an exceptional client experience while balancing business performance team well-being and patient care stepping in on the floor when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system
• A collaborative solution-oriented mindset with a calm professional presence
