A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and expanding independent estate agency based in Ringwood.

With multiple offices across the New Forest this is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a competitive environment and is eager to grow their career with a reputable brand.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and managing applicants and property enquiries
• Conducting viewings and providing expert advice to buyers
• Negotiating sales and handling offers professionally
• Generating and winning new business and instructions
• Maintaining contact with vendors and providing market feedback
• Ensuring the highest levels of customer service throughout the process
• Meeting sales targets and KPIs

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential property sales experience (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High standard of customer service delivery
• Professional telephone manner and confident personality
• Well-presented motivated and career-focused
• Knowledge of Ringwood/New Forest area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Desire to succeed and progress in the industry
