Experienced Lettings Director required to lead and grow a successful lettings operation in Hartley Wintney and the broader Hampshire area: overseeing lettings strategy performance compliance and team development within a highly respected local independent agency.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to take a senior leadership role within a respected independent Estate Agency in the local area.

This position offers full responsibility for shaping and developing the lettings division driving performance and supporting long-term business growth while leading a high-performing team.

Candidates who have strong local knowledge and who are ARLA qualified will be considered preferentially.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and developing the lettings department across all operational areas
• Setting and delivering strategic growth plans for the lettings business
• Generating new business and maintaining strong landlord relationships
• Overseeing valuations listings and instruction wins
• Managing mentoring and developing the lettings team
• Driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets
• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and regulations
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings at senior management or director level
• Strong track record of business growth and team leadership
• Excellent valuation and instruction-winning ability
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
• High level of professionalism and presentation
• Good knowledge of the Hartley Wintney and surrounding property market preferred
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
