Job Description:
Join the EF Funds team to drive follow-on investments from Seed to Series B. You will lead detailed due diligence craft investment memos for the committee and manage relationships with a portfolio of 500 active startups. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of investment strategy founder relations and investor engagement.

What you will do:

• Lead the end-to-end investment process for follow-on rounds including financial modelling competitor analysis and presenting memos to investment committees.

• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data across the global portfolio to identify emerging risks opportunities and sector-specific deep dives.

• Support fundraising and investor relations by translating complex portfolio performance into compelling narratives and reporting for EFs global limited partners.

The ideal candidate:

• 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) or a high-performance venture capital/growth equity environment.

• Proven ability to perform rigorous analytical work distillation of complex data into clear strategic recommendations and presentation to senior stakeholders.

• High-agency operator with the commercial judgment to defend high-stakes investment views and the leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
