As Experience Marketing Lead you will own and scale a world-class events program that bridges the gap between healthcare innovators and the AI ecosystem. From intimate private dinners to high-stakes annual conferences you will personally design and execute premium IRL experiences that define Scarlets brand as the pre-eminent authority in medical AI certification.

What you will do:

• Concept and deliver end-to-end premium events including intimate executive breakfasts technical training sessions at exclusive members clubs and large-scale landmark conferences.

• Manage every detail of the guest journey personally from curated guest lists and venue selection to on-site hospitality and post-event impact analysis.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align every IRL experience with Scarlets mission of accelerating universal access to innovative healthcare technology.

The ideal candidate:

• 5 years of experience managing exceptional hospitality or premium brand experiences with a track record of flawless execution and exquisite taste.

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate a room of sophisticated AI founders and investors while obsessing over the minute details of guest experience.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a bias for action capable of taking an event from a blank-page concept to a five-star reality without agency support.
