Job Description:
Join as the first hire alongside Cambridge AI founders to automate drug development data gathering. You will bridge the gap between pharma strategy and engineering iterating on agentic AI systems that replace manual competitive intelligence. This is a high-impact role shaping a product already used by paying enterprise customers to monitor clinical trials and regulatory filings.

What you will do:

  • Design and iterate on agentic AI systems and prompt engineering for complex life science research and reporting tasks.

  • Build evaluation processes to measure AI performance against clinical trial regulatory and patent data expectations.

  • Act as the strategic bridge between top pharma enterprise clients and the engineering team to translate domain expertise into features.

The ideal candidate:

  • 2 years of experience in life science commercial strategy or competitive intelligence consulting (e.g. Molekule Prescient L.E.K.).

  • Minimum of a life sciences degree (PhD preferred) with a deep understanding of pharma CI workflows.

  • Demonstrated AI curiosity or hands-on experience building automated workflows and prototypes to solve research bottlenecks.
