RoleSummary

TheSeniorAnalyst Portfolio Managementsupports the Capital Planning &Sustainabilityworkstreamsby executing analytical tasks related to capital planning modelsmarketand macro data integration ESG and climate data processes benchmarking and scenario parallel the role contributes toPortfolio Analytics and Reportingby preparing recurring reporting packagesvalidatingdata and improving analytics tools and documentation. Working closely withcolleaguesacrossboth real estate and business partner groupsthe Analyst ensures that data models and reporting materials areaccurate consistent and aligned with enterprise frameworksproviding a strong analytical foundation for leadership deliberations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capital PlanningSustainability& Scenario Analytics( 7580%)

  • Prepare and organize inputsto capital planning models integrating market data investment pipeline changes and strategic assumptions.

  • Supportand executescenario analysis forward-looking projections leverage and covenant monitoring and related risk assessments.

  • Assistwith peer and portfolio benchmarking across sectors geographies and strategies.

  • Support ESG data collection validation and integration processes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

  • Assistin climate risk modelling scenario analyses and portfolio resilience assessments.

  • Helpmonitorexternal market data sources and incorporate trends into planning frameworks.

Portfolio Analytics&Reporting (2025%)

  • Prepare recurring portfolio andassetlevelreporting outputs (exposures dashboardsvaluationrelatedsummaries)

  • Compile andvalidatedatatoprepareanalytical outputsfor the quarterly portfolio review ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Support enhancement of dashboards analytics tools and reporting frameworks.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Contribute to the production and maintenance ofclear documentationofprocesses workflows modelsanddata sourcesacross workstreams.

  • Support continuous improvement effortsto enhance consistency efficiency and dataintegrity.

  • Coordinate withstakeholders and contributorsto ensure alignment between analytics initiatives and capital planning.

  • Foster a culture of analytical rigour data stewardship and collaboration.

Whatyoullneed

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or a related field

  • Professional designation such as CFA or CPA considered an asset

  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; experience in real estate investments is an asset

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel Word & PowerPoint)

  • Bilingualism English and French *Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong London and New Yorkandinteractions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa
