Job Summary
The Sr. Manager Finance Business Partnering is a strategic finance leader within Chamberlain Groups
Finance function supporting either Corporate Finance or Commercial/Product business unit environments. This role drives financial performance and informed decision-making by leading planning forecasting analysis and executive-level reporting across the assigned business area. This position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that advance business objectives. Success in this role requires deep financial expertise strong leadership and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Own and lead the assigned business areas planning forecasting and performance management drumbeat ensuring timely accurate and insightful financial outlooks that support strategic and operational decisionmaking through variance analysis scenario modeling and risk/opportunity assessment.
Lead the end-to-end financial planning cycleincluding annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and ongoing performance monitoringensuring alignment with strategic priorities and proactively identifying
gaps drivers and corrective actions.
Prepare and present clear compelling financial reporting and executivelevel presentations for senior leadership translating complex financial results into actionable insights and recommendations.
Provide ad hoc and specialproject financial support to enable informed decisionmaking across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement of processes tools and reporting enhancing efficiency accuracy transparency and scalability.
Build and maintain trusted finance partnerships with senior business leaders serving as a strategic advisor who influences key decisions and connects financial insights to business outcomes.
Maintain deep professional and technical expertise by staying current on financial best practices tools and industry trends.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Groups reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations monitoring and evaluating performance providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the companys policies
Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings one-on-one meetings appropriate email IM and regular interpersonal

Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CG mission vision and values.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field.
Experience:
10 years of experience in financial analysis
3 years of experience in managing a team
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Experience preparing executive-level and senior leadership presentations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Demonstrated ability to develop and apply financial and business frameworks to identify opportunities evaluate tradeoffs and drive valueadded initiatives.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Education/Certifications:
- MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
Experience:
Experience presenting to business leaders preferably in a finance business partner or FP&A capacity supporting corporate or commercial/product business units
