What You Bring

Proven experience as a Caregiver HHA or PCA (especially with Hoyer lift or memory care clients).
Compassion patience and genuine respect for seniors and their families.
Ability to manage short or long-hour shifts including split shifts.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
Dependability strong communication skills and a heart for helping vulnerable individuals.
