Position Summary
This position is for a Quality Inspector at our Anaheim CA facility. The Quality Inspector works closely with the Operations and Product Development teams to perform incoming in-process and final inspections in support of both commercial and government programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials and components
Perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured products
Ensure materials and products meet quality standards in accordance with company policies and ISO 9001 / AS9100 procedures
Identify and segregate nonconforming materials and generate nonconformance reports
Support supplier quality initiatives
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Proficiency with basic inspection tools (micrometers calipers height gauges etc.)
Basic computer skills (Outlook Word Excel)
Basic math skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with AS9102 First Article Reports is a plus
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
A US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 (U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee) due to ITAR restrictions.
Experience with ERP systems
