Assisting Hands is hiring compassionate dependable caregivers to support seniors and their beloved pets. Shifts are flexible and can fit your schedule. Pet care visits are brief (typically 15 minutes). $16-$20
We are looking for caregivers who provide quality support to people while also being comfortable assisting with their pets when needed.
What you will do:
Provide companionship and emotional support
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing dressing grooming toileting
Support safe mobility and transfers
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
Complete short pet care visits (feeding walks litter care typically 15 minutes)
Communicate updates and document care provided
About the Visits
Mix of shift lengths: morning afternoon evening overnight weeken
Build your own schedule; average 2537 hours per week
Pet care visits are brief and occasional
Clients may need both personal care and pet support

Dependable with a strong work history
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Minimum of one year of professional experience working with seniors
Comfortable with cats and dogs
Active drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be 21 years of age to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients.
