What Youll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot repair and maintain crushers screens conveyors and related aggregate processing equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and component change-outs to maximize equipment uptime

• Execute fabrication installation and mechanical repairs on plant and field equipment

• Partner with operations engineering and vendors to complete maintenance and improvement projects safely and on time

• Promote and model a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with MSHA and company standards

What Are We Looking For

• Strong capability in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems including crushers and material handling equipment

• Proficiency with welding cutting and use of hand pneumatic and hydraulic tools

• Ability to interpret manuals schematics and technical drawings to complete work effectively

• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate train others and build working relationships

• Flexibility to travel work varied hours and adapt to changing operational needs in field environments

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
