Engineering Leader, New Business Technology

In this role you will:

• Set the vision and strategy for architecture platform and software engineering aligning with business goals and digital transformation priorities
• Lead the design and execution of technology roadmaps driving the adoption of emerging technologies and modern engineering practices
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex systems ensuring quality stability and operational excellence
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leaders connecting business needs with practical and innovative engineering solutions
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams fostering a culture of focus agility and collaboration
• Promote continuous improvement compliance with technology standards and a strong bench of future technology leaders
• Facilitate decision-making prioritize initiatives and manage stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels

• Minimum of 12 years experience in quality engineering in both a hands-on and leadership capacity
• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related discipline; Masters degree in Engineering Information Systems or a related discipline preferred
• Extensive experience in technology consulting digital transformation or insurance/financial services technology leadership
• Proven track record of managing large-scale technology initiatives and stakeholder relationships at the executive level
• Deep understanding of insurance technology trends ecosystems and best practices
• Strong leadership communication and cross-functional team management skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Experience with leveraging AI capabilities tools and practices as a function of current and/or past roles preferred

The pay range for the role is $160000 to $190000. The specific offer will depend on an applicants skills and other factors.
