POSITION SPECIFICS
Penn State Human Resources is seeking a dynamic detail-oriented customer-focused individual who will develop plan and implement a wide variety of human resources activities across multiple human resource functions within the College of Engineering including recruitment hiring and retention; employee and labor relations; equal opportunity; organizational development; talent management; total rewards and compensation; position management; and compliance monitoring. The position will counsel full-time and part-time employees as well as management on policies and procedures; initiate and/or respond to inquiries such as performance concerns; analyze data and prepare reports; provide unit representation on various committees; and work with the Human Resources staff to implement new and/or continuing legal requirements or initiatives.
The successful candidate must demonstrate knowledge of broad concepts policies and procedures related to human resources.

MINIMUM EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position including all possible grades is $68200.00 - $102300.00.Salary Structure - Information on Penn States salary structure
