Job Summary
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant to help Anduril prepare fora future potential IPO support an ERP transition integrate acquired businessesand drive operational excellence.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Manage the entire payroll reconciliation process and accurately record allpayroll and fringe related accruals at period end.
- Monitor the HRIS platform to ensure proper Chart of Accounts anddepartment mapping alignment.
- Collaborate with HR to track high volumes of contingent employee bonusesand calculate monthly amortization.
- Accrue for and reconcile Travel and Expense (T&E) transactions acrossmultiple entities.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and procedures related tothe payroll accounting process.
- Prepare footnotes disclosures and supporting schedules to supportfinancial reporting.
- Prepare financial reconciliations timely and be able to research andresolve variances as needed.
- Prepare analytical reviews of employee compensation and T&E expenses toprovide color and commentary to monthly quarterly and annualfinancials.
- Help implement new systems or improve efficiencies with current systemsto support continued company and team growth.
- Contribute to the control environment by establishing improving andmaintaining operational processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Demonstrated experience payroll reconciliations payroll accruals andtravel and expense tracking (experience with Ramp and Ripplingpreferred).
- Highly detail oriented with strong experience in Excel ERP systems and USGAAP.
- CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in companies that are tech or advanced manufacturingpreferred.
- Healthy mix of technical accounting and operational accounting preferred.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growthorganization.
- Able to get hands dirty to drive organizational change while alsomaintaining an ability to manage up against strategic priorities/reporting.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
US Salary Range
$98000 - $130000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Andurils total compensation package.
