Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design and documentation of a variety of project types including aviation education civic tribal commercial and federal facilities.
• Produce drawings specifications diagrams 3D models and reports that align with project goals.
• Apply building codes ADA and zoning regulations to develop functional compliant design solutions.
• Participate in client meetings design reviews and team coordination efforts.
• Coordinate with engineers consultants and internal team members to deliver integrated project outcomes.
• Support QA/QC efforts and construction administration activities including submittal reviews and site observations.
• Lead portions of project documentation and guide junior staff in design development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related design field from a NAAB-accredited program.
• For licensed Architects: A valid architectural license in applicable state(s).
• For unlicensed professionals: Active pursuit of licensure and a strong portfolio required.
• 5 years of experience on diverse architectural projects.
• Proficiency inRevit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and related design software.
• Experience in sectors such as aviation civic commercial tribal mission-critical or federal work is a plus.
