Position Overview

Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a large-scale Salesforce Licensing Permitting and Inspection (LPI) system. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution coordinating across business technical and vendor teams and ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects preferably including large Salesforce implementations and a proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope objectives deliverables success criteria and strategic alignment with key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports charters and operational checklists
• Create and manage detailed project schedules work plans and dependency mappings
• Track project progress using enterprise tools such as MS Project Online or equivalent
• Manage scope schedule budget and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify track and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when necessary
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external vendors
• Coordinate meetings capture action items and ensure timely follow-up and execution
• Communicate project goals timelines and deliverables clearly across all stakeholders
• Support technical processes including architecture and compliance reviews
• Lead testing and acceptance processes including development of test plans
• Ensure team members have appropriate system access and resources
• Maintain project budget tracking and vendor billing oversight
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 58 years of experience in IT project management including complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working in a project portfolio environment with multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and issue management skills including root cause analysis
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools including Office 365 Teams SharePoint OneDrive and Project
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum Waterfall and ITIL methodologies
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and release management
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership organizational and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations or deployments
• Background in public sector IT projects is a plus
• Knowledge of organizational change management and end-user training
• Experience with contract management and vendor coordination
• Ability to lead both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
