Care Performance Manager Step Up Into a Multi-Site Leadership Role


We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager or Home Manager ready to take the next step into a multi-site leadership and quality improvement role.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move beyond a single service and gain exposure across multiple elderly care homes supporting Home Managers and senior leadership teams during periods of change challenge and operational need.


As a Care Performance Manager you willwork across the group to support quality compliance and operational performance helping to strengthen services and improve outcomes for residents. You will not hold direct line management responsibility but will play a key role in driving standards and supporting leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Home Managers to maintain high standards of care and compliance
  • Support CQC readiness audits and quality improvement activity
  • Provide short-term operational support within services when required
  • Assist homes during periods of change absence or performance challenge
  • Identify areas for improvement and support practical implementation
  • Promote consistency and share best practice across all services
  • Support service development and leadership capability across the group


Who Were Looking For

  • Experience as a Deputy Manager or Home Manager in elderly care
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations safeguarding and compliance
  • Leadership experience within a regulated care environment
  • Proactive solution-focused and supportive leadership style
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and environments
  • Willingness to travel regularly across services
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)


Multi-site experience is not required we are looking for leadership potential adaptability and the right mindset to grow into the role.
