CORY is partnering with a design firm to identify a Senior Architect / emerging studio leader who thrives in a structured fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing design leadership project execution and team mentorship.

The firm is known for a disciplined approach to project delivery and a dedication to thoughtful high-quality design fostered by a collaborative studio culture. They seek professionals who can effectively take ownership of their work communicate well with clients and consultants and actively contribute to both successful projects and overall team growth.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Lead projects through design documentation and construction administration phases.

• Serve as a primary liaison with clients consultants and internal teams.

• Oversee project schedules deliverables and production workflows.

• Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative studio culture.

• Ensure projects maintain quality organization and alignment with timelines.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• 10 years of architectural experience with multifamily mixed-use or commercial projects.

• Licensed Architect preferred with strong experience across multiple project phases.

• Strong communicator able to manage clients consultants and internal teams.
