The Manager Global Partnership Success is a highly motivated self-starter who will have experience in account management role in professional sports (property agency or brand). The ideal candidate will deliver world class service and strategic execution of all projects correspondence and timelines for assigned Global Partner accounts.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead partnership service and activation for designated Global Partnership accounts
- Serve as the primary internal and external day-to-day contact for execution and fulfillment on assigned partnership accounts
- Fulfill partnership agreements to ensure all contracted deliverables and client expectations are met including but not limited to stadium signage digital & social assets ticketing marketing public relations community relations in-game promotions radio and hospitality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure execution including Stadium Operations creative public relations ticket sales ticket ops finance & accounting community relations merchandise planning & development and baseball ops as needed
- Oversee partner led special events throughout the year including client hospitality events community initiatives and stadium events (game day and non-game day)
- Oversee the development and presentation of mid-season and end of season partner recaps and additional proof of performance as needed
- Collaborate with Global Partnership Sales & Strategy teams on renewal strategies and proposals that drive partnership retention and deal growth year over year
- Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience of full-time corporate partnership and/or account management experience with a professional team league brand or sports marketing agency.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Sports Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Dependable self-starter with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines for clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate plans with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays including home games hours will vary depending on business needs
- Proficient on KORE SalesForce Microsoft Office
