Project Coordinator (Marketing)
Lakewood NJ
Salary: $25-$35/hr
Schedule: 30-40 hrs a week (open to flexible schedules)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to keep multiple marketing projects on track. This role is focused on coordination follow-up and ensuring everything moves forward across vendors freelancers and internal teams.
No marketing experience requiredthis is about organization execution and ownership.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Extremely organized and on top of details
- Strong follow-throughnothing slips through the cracks
- Comfortable delegating and following up
- Proactive responsive and self-managed
- Able to handle multiple moving pieces at once
Key Responsibilities:
- Track timelines deadlines and deliverables across projects
- Coordinate with vendors freelancers and internal team members
- Keep marketing projects (digital creative social print) organized and moving
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Follow up consistently to ensure completion of tasks
- Organize files assets and project documentation
- Support email campaigns reporting and general marketing operations
Qualifications and Must-Haves:
- Strong organizational and time management skills (non-negotiable)
- Ability to multitask and stay structured in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently without micromanagement
