What will I be responsible for

You will lead the maintenance function end-to-end: training and guiding the team enforcing safe practices and establishing a culture of reliability. You will own Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs set and track team goals and oversee the daily workflow while controlling departmental costs. You will also plan and execute projects such as equipment design changes major overhauls and machine relocations and serve as the point of contact for regulatory fire and insurance inspections.

How will my day be structured

Expect a balanced mix of floor engagement and administrative leadership. Youll review CMMS work orders prioritize tasks coordinate with production schedules and be present on the floor to coach and verify work quality and safetythen return to planning budgeting and performance measurement.

Who will I work with

Youll collaborate closely with Safety Quality Production Shipping & Receiving and Administrative teams to align maintenance priorities with operational needs.

What background helps me succeed

• Proven ability to apply systematic scientific problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Lean TPM 5S and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and Forms.
• Experience with LOTO basic PLCs VFDs and both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Familiarity with machine shop equipment: welders grinders lathes and cutting equipment.
• Understanding of capital processes and ROI considerations.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS and inventory management.
