Lia Honda Brewster Automotive Service Technician(s) Level A and Level A+

Lia Honda Brewster is seeking an A/A level Automotive Technician to join our team. Lia service departments are equipped with the latest technologies & equipment including service drive alignment checker alignment rack and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines. Sign on bonus may be available based on skill level and experience.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $70K-$110K

SIGN ON BONUS: Available up to $3000 based on experience and certification(s)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of Service Technician experience required
• Must have experience working in a dealership
• Diagnostic Electrical and Engine Repair experience required
• State Inspection certification required
• ASE Certification recommended
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
• Computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have clean & valid drivers license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership processes
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing maintaining and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
