At Parks Hospitality Group we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee back-of-house operations. You will work with the kitchen staff during meal periods and banquets maintain inventory and ensure food safety and quality.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff providing training and guidance.
- Monitor inventory levels handle orders and control food costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain and update menus.
- Manage kitchen maintenance ensuring equipment is cleaned and functional.
- Assist the Executive Chef with banquets and meal periods
What Youll Need:
- 3 years of kitchen operations experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
