At Parks Hospitality Group we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee back-of-house operations. You will work with the kitchen staff during meal periods and banquets maintain inventory and ensure food safety and quality.

What Youll Do:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen staff providing training and guidance.
  • Monitor inventory levels handle orders and control food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain and update menus.
  • Manage kitchen maintenance ensuring equipment is cleaned and functional.
  • Assist the Executive Chef with banquets and meal periods

What Youll Need:

  • 3 years of kitchen operations experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
