Job Summary
You Are:
The Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of quality processes across IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards and drive operational excellence throughout the Project. Activities include but are not limited to implementing processes driving continuous improvement in processes and quality and aligning to quality frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles IT project delivery and process improvement methodologies. This person will act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters and provide regular updates to leadership.
The Work:
- Define and establish quality assurance standards processes and templates to be utilized throughout IT projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to design document and implement robust processes for IT project delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives to optimize and streamline processes while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics dashboards and reports to track project performance against key indicators.
- Provide training to project teams on quality standards processes and tools.
- Ensure that quality risks are documented monitored and addressed effectively.
- Implement leverage and manage tools to support quality assurance and process improvement efforts.
Heres What You Need:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance process improvement or a similar role within IT projects
- Knowledge of quality frameworks such as CMMI and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma
- Experience in creating and implementing templates processes and quality standards
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-driven decisions

- US Citizenship required
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
- This is an onsite position based in St. Louis MO. Candidates must be willing to relocate to St. Louis.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
