Job Summary
Title: Mechanical Engineer

This is a structured growth-focused environment where you will work closely with engineering and production teams and be supported in learning all aspects of the companys product lines and processes with a clear path to long-term career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update product drawings in AutoCAD
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability
- Maintain and improve existing product designs and documentation
- Deeply learn the companys product lines and processes to prepare for involvement in process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects as you expand your role from design to process optimization
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- 3 years manufacturing experience ideally in cabinets building materials or wood products
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
- Stable work history and commitment to a long-term role
Pay Range & Compensation Package:
- $80K$120K depending on experience
- MondayFriday 7:00 AM 4:30 PM 100% onsite
