• Lead all clinical operations for a growing service area
• Mentor and support clinical supervisors case managers & interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance
• Partner closely with the Executive Director in budgeting hiring training & performance management
• Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement
• Serve as the clinical face of Bristol Hospice within the community
• Step in as acting Executive Director when needed
• Build grow and elevate standards of care at a new site

What You Bring

• Current RN license
• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of healthcare management experience (hospice preferred)
• Strong leadership communication and team development skills
• Knowledge of hospice regulations CHAP standards & clinical best practices
• Flexibility and passion for making an impact
