- Diagnose service and repair residential HVAC systems
- Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners
- Document service calls using Service Titan
- Maintain a clean safe job-site and a professional appearance at all times
- Operate company vehicles equipment and provided resources responsibly and safely
- Consistently meet performance expectations tied to quality efficiency and customer experience

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- No criminal record that would prevent entering customers homes
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to safety honesty and ethical service practices
- Must have residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification
- Nate certification
