Job Summary
Join Serra Automotive Group as a Service Floater in Sylacauga AL where youll play a crucial role in supporting our service department to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist service advisors and technicians by managing workflow and coordinating tasks within the service department.
- Support various service activities including vehicle check-in shuttle services and answering phones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and customer waiting rooms.
- Communicate effectively with customers team members and management to ensure timely completion of service orders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the service department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive service or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
