About the Role

We are proud to be working with an ambitious and fast-growing consultancy to appoint aDirector of Building Regulations. This is a key leadership position within the business offering the opportunity to take full ownership of their Building Regulations service and play a pivotal role in shaping its future direction.

The consultancy has established an excellent reputation in Building Regulations and Principal Designer services and now seeks a proven leader to drive further growth. You will have the full support of the Owner and an experienced Level 3H & 4RBITechnical Director with significant autonomy to make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Building Regulations Consulting team(whilst working collaboratively with the CDM side of the business).

Shape strategic direction and deliver sustainable growth for the service.

Manage and support key client relationships across high-profile projects.

Oversee compliance with Building Safety Act requirements and industry standards.

Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver expert-led Principal DesignerConsultancyservices.

Multi-disciplinary consultancy comprising Construction Specialists Building Regulations Experts and CDM Safety Professionals.

Projects include high-end residential commercial and high-risk buildings (HRBs) from luxury fit-outs to some of the UKs tallest buildings(no Domestic).

Salary:Circa 100000 per annum(negotiable DOE).

Location

The consultancy is based in the South East with project involvement across the UK.You would be remote based with client and project visits primarily in and around London.
