Automotive Mobile Technician

CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is seeking a skilled and versatile Automotive Mobile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site automotive maintenance and repair services to customers. The Mobile Technician should have a strong mechanical aptitude excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a mobile service unit.

Automotive Mobile Technician Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to perform on-site automotive maintenance and repair services
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections on various vehicle makes and models

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty or worn-out components such as belts hoses brakes and exhaust systems
• Explain repair recommendations provide estimates and answer any customer inquiries
• Manage and maintain an inventory of necessary tools parts and equipment
• Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards
• All other duties assigned

Automotive Mobile Technician Requirements:

• Experience as an Automotive Technician with a focus on mobile services preferred
• ASE certification or relevant technical certifications are preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
