Job Summary
CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is seeking a skilled and versatile Automotive Mobile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site automotive maintenance and repair services to customers. The Mobile Technician should have a strong mechanical aptitude excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a mobile service unit.

Automotive Mobile Technician Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to perform on-site automotive maintenance and repair services
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections on various vehicle makes and models

- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty or worn-out components such as belts hoses brakes and exhaust systems
- Explain repair recommendations provide estimates and answer any customer inquiries
- Manage and maintain an inventory of necessary tools parts and equipment
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards
- All other duties assigned
Automotive Mobile Technician Requirements:
- Experience as an Automotive Technician with a focus on mobile services preferred
- ASE certification or relevant technical certifications are preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
