What Were Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic relationshipmanagement senior sales leader with strong credit acumen a demonstrated ability to develop and coach teams and a wellestablished network within Colorados business community. The ideal candidate has a proven track record supporting Coloradoowned and Coloradobased companies generating $10MM$100MM in revenue with consistent success winning expanding and retaining client relationships in that segment.
What Youll Do:
- Build and strengthen relationships across Colorados middlemarket landscape leveraging your network to expand our market presence.
- Establish and drive market strategy and sales performance ensuring team meets production credit quality and profitability goals.
- Lead coach and elevate a team of Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers fostering a culture of growth accountability and exceptional client service.
- Apply strong credit and underwriting judgment providing guidance and oversight on complex credit structures and loan decisions.
- Champion Vectras commitment to offering both the reach of a large institution and the personal service of a communitycentered bank focused on Colorado.
What You Bring
- 10 years of experience in commercial lending credit or banking leadership including proven individual and teamdevelopment success.
- Strong sales leadership experience with a history of coaching developing and motivating highperforming teams.
- Deep understanding of lending policies credit analysis structuring and risk management.
- A strong and active network within the Colorado business community especially among companies between $10MM$100MM in annual revenue.
- Excellent communication organizational and relationshipbuilding skills.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $275000 - $350000 annually depending on job-related factors. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as but not limited to level of experience skills expertise location education and certifications.
