Exciting opportunity for a neonatologist to join our established NICU team at University Medical Center Childrens Hospital in Lubbock TX. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality family-centered care in a collaborative environment while working alongside experienced neonatal and pediatric specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates in a Level IV NICU
• Manage critically ill newborns including ventilator management and advanced procedures
• Collaborate with obstetrics pediatrics and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Engage in clinical documentation quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Provide education and support to families
• Participate in call rotation and NICU coverage schedule
