Field Coordinator
Job Summary
The Field Coordinator is a high-impact hybrid role reporting to the Director of Field Operations while also providing strategic support to the VP of Mission Engagement. This individual ensures that the organizations most vital processesfrom database updates to high-level project executionare handled with precision and professionalism. Flexibility focus and the ability to constantly reprioritize are crucial for excelling in this position. This position is responsible for playing their part to achieve the bigger mission of East-West and for ensuring all duties and responsibilities are clearly aligned with East-West Ministries Vision Mission Values Statement of Faith and Biblical principles.
As an ambassador of faith in Christ and rooted in Biblical principles this position will actively minister to EW leadership staff partners and the community in a manner that exhibits Christ-character through personal and corporate spiritual disciplines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Field Operations and Data Management
Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Partner with our Field teams to audit and validate field-level data ensuring a high standard of accuracy across all operational databases.
Reporting & Analytics: Synthesize raw field data into actionable reports for the Field Leadership Team highlighting key performance trends and operational gaps.
System Optimization: Assist in the implementation of digital workflows that streamline how field data is captured and utilized by regional teams.
Project Management
Operational Continuity: Serve as a central coordinator for field processes proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to maintain operational momentum.
Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of assigned departmental projects from initial planning through to execution ensuring all deliverables meet accuracy standards and deadlines.
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are understood and met.
Strategic Mission Support
Executive Partnership: Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Mission Engagement including complex calendar management meeting preparation and priority tracking.
Strategic Communications: Assist in the drafting and distribution of mission-critical internal and external communications ensuring alignment with the organizations voice and strategic goals.
Workflow Prioritization: Manage specialized administrative tasks that allow the VP to focus on high-level mission engagement and long-term organizational strategy.
Education and Experience
BA degree or equivalent experience within discipline highly preferred
2-4 years minimum experience working in a similar role preferred
2-4 years of ministry/nonprofit experience preferred
Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
