Essential Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival for vehicle service.
• Listen attentively to customers vehicle concerns and service requests to accurately assess their needs.
• Clearly explain recommended repair services associated costs and estimated timelines to customers.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments efficiently to optimize shop productivity.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions service orders and vehicle repairs.
• Communicate effectively between customers and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Process service orders billing and payments in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
