Office & Facilities Team Lead Mason City, IA

• Oversee the cleaning of the facilities assigned to you on a regular basis
• Train and support new employees
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and provide re-training to employees when necessary
• Ensure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done report problems/shortages to the office
• Ensure compliance of Office Pride policies and procedures
• Enforce safety and security measures at all times
• Follow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office)
• Review employee timesheets for accuracy
• Count inventory and order supplies on a weekly basis
• Maintain an accurate inventory tracking system
• Perform other duties/tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in a leadership/management position
• Able to communicate in English
• Must be able to multi-task be dependable have excellent communication skills and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes may occur with little notice
• Must be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team clients and employees
• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must care about quality be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace
• Able to lift 35 lbs and physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel to our office in Mason City
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule

• Located in Mason City IA
• 30-40 hours per week
• Mostly Monday-Friday some weekends required
• Hours vary between 12PM to 8PM (flexibility on scheduling is required)
• Team Leads are eligible to use a company vehicle
