Job Summary
Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests inSomerville MA.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms corridors and public areas following the companys standards and procedures.
- Change linens make beds and replenish supplies in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are used properly and stored safely.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand bend and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to comply with all safety and cleaning protocols.
