Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant

Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests inSomerville MA.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms corridors and public areas following the companys standards and procedures.
• Change linens make beds and replenish supplies in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are used properly and stored safely.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand bend and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
• Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to comply with all safety and cleaning protocols.
