AtWork Personnel is seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaping/Groundskeepers to join a landscaping team in Tyler TX.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through expert landscaping gardening and irrigation practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance lawn care and horticultural principles ensuring that all projects meet high standards of quality and sustainability. Pay:$14.50 - $15.25 per hour Weekly Pay Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing pruning planting and fertilizing to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Install repair and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage across various landscapes
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting trimming edging and other landscaping activities
• Conduct regular lawn care procedures such as aeration overseeding and weed control to maintain lush turf conditions
• Assist with gardening activities including soil preparation planting flowers and shrubs and mulching to enhance landscape design

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance gardening or horticulture preferred
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscaping practices
• Must have experience with a zero turn lawn mower machine.
• Experience operating hand tools such as shovels pruners rakes as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers
• Understanding of plant health care pest management and sustainable gardening methods
