The Senior Manager Audit leads the development and execution of comprehensive audit plans to mitigate organizational risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. What youll do...
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive audit plans aligned with business objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee audit teams by assigning duties providing coaching and conducting performance evaluations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define audit scope objectives and resource allocation.
- Evaluate control design and effectiveness through detailed testing and advanced data analysis.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership ensuring alignment with internal standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and sharing best practices across global audit teams.
- This role will require travel up to approximately 20%.

- Extensive experience in audit management including planning execution and risk mitigation across global operations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams through coaching mentoring and performance management.
- Strong expertise in internal auditing practices and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Skilled in identifying process deficiencies and applying advanced data analysis to improve controls and efficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present audit findings and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
