Job Summary
As Maintenance Manager for the Catalyst Business Units PPCAT plant you will organize direct and manage all facility-wide maintenance operations including planning preventive maintenance programs and coordination of in-house and third-party contracting services. This position is critical to ensuring the continuous availability of safe reliable and high-quality maintenance support to our operating plants and administrative departments. You will lead maintenance teams in optimizing equipment reliability controlling costs within budget and implementing process improvements that enhance overall operational effectiveness. Your leadership will directly impact plant uptime safety performance and the successful execution of our production objectives. This role requires a strategic approach to resource management while maintaining hands-on oversight of daily maintenance activities and contractor operations.
