• Install configure and program AV and smart-home systems including Control4 Savant or Crestron
  
  
• Pull label and terminate structured wiring for audio video and network systems
  
  
• Mount TVs speakers racks and related components with precision and care
  
  
• Configure routers switches and wireless networks for seamless system performance
  
  
• Programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms
  
  
• Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management
  
  
• Maintain clean organized and safe job sites
  
  
• Communicate clearly with clients builders and teammatesrepresenting Oasis with professionalism and courtesy
  
  

• 35 years of experience in residential AV low-voltage or home automation installation
  
  
• Familiarity with programming Control4 Crestron Savant or similar platforms
  
  
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers switches IP addressing)
  
  
• Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics
  
  
• Comfort with ladders lifts and hand/power tools
  
  
• Self-motivated solutions-oriented and team-minded
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
