Were looking for a field Project Manager to join our Scottsdale teamsomeone with hands-on experience in smart-home installation wiring and networking whos ready to take the next step in their craft. Youll collaborate with lead techs and project managers to bring high-end automation systems to life for discerning clients.
What Youll Do
Install configure and program AV and smart-home systems including Control4 Savant or Crestron
Pull label and terminate structured wiring for audio video and network systems
Mount TVs speakers racks and related components with precision and care
Configure routers switches and wireless networks for seamless system performance
Programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms
Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management
Maintain clean organized and safe job sites
Communicate clearly with clients builders and teammatesrepresenting Oasis with professionalism and courtesy
What Were Looking For
35 years of experience in residential AV low-voltage or home automation installation
Familiarity with programming Control4 Crestron Savant or similar platforms
Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers switches IP addressing)
Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics
Comfort with ladders lifts and hand/power tools
Self-motivated solutions-oriented and team-minded
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
